The following Terms and Conditions will be compulsory from Saturday 1st of July 2023.
Prepayments for bookings at Ivanhoe Golf Course are required on Saturdays between 8am- 12pm and Sunday between 8am and 12pm.
Tentative bookings can be held until the close of business with payment required by the end of the day to reserve the time slot.
Ivanhoe Golf Course does not refund payments unless the course is officially closed by management.
Should the customer wish to modify or change their booking to an alternative time or date, contact must be made prior to 48hrs before the reserved tee time, the customer must speak to the course directly. We will confirm availability of the new tee time date and time and when modifications cannot be processed immediately a credit note will be issued.
Should the customer not be able to confirm a rescheduled tee time, a ‘credit note’ will be provided. To redeem the ‘credit’ the customer is required to reschedule the tee times at a mutually agreed time. Credit notes are issued for Tee times only.
Ivanhoe Golf Course reserves the right to refuse a ‘credit note’ should the customer not provide 48 hours’ notice to a staff member.
Where you book for less than 4 players you may be partnered with other groups.
